Chelsea Fogleman

 

Chelsea Fogleman is a Texas-born, Kansas-bred writer and editor with a flair for travel, music, current events, and creative fiction.  Her work has appeared in such publications as Stressfree Living Magazine and Starpulse.com. She is the author of numerous children’s stories and educational materials for Surf With Phinnie distributed through Trumptech (Hong Kong) Ltd.  She is the lead writer for Learn With Phinnie, a primer storytelling program presented by Trumptech (available in print and at Trumptech’s platform at learnlex.com).
